Stone Town Grill

Owned and operated by husband-and-wife team, Marty and Jessica Larghe, Stone Town Grill is their dream turned reality. In 2012 Marty and Jessica visited the island of Zanizibar, Tanzania, experiencing a world famous spice tour that would spark the idea to showcase delicious spices and worldly flavors together in one place. Upon returning Jessica obsessively worked to replicate the recipes they enjoyed so much during their travels. Soon that passion turned to creating spice blends and sauces. Together, they’ve combined their zest for travel, delicious food, and bold world flavors to bring you Stone Town Grill. Paying homage to Zanzibar, the name Stone Town Grill pays homage to the old part of the city that serves as the base for spice trade and markets named Stone Town.

There’s a lot of deliciousness at Stone Town Grill but we believe that creating authentic hospitality is more important than ever and it starts from within. We strive to create a culture of taking care of others. To create a workplace where our employees feel valued, we offer free meals to staff and their families and we also partner with local non-profits.
